Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for business expansion across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demand.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess feasibility, accessibility, and compliance with local regulations.
- Negotiate lease agreements, contracts, and terms with landlords, property owners, and local authorities to secure optimal sites at competitive rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and business partners, to facilitate smooth site acquisition processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient site acquisition and handover.
- Monitor and report on site acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all acquired sites comply with company standards, local laws, and safety regulations to mitigate risks and ensure operational readiness.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Bali region to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, site acquisition, or a related field, preferably in the retail or consumer products sector.
- Proven track record in negotiation, site surveys, and contract management, with a strong ability to secure favorable terms.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess site feasibility and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in Bali is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
