Responsibility
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of potential sites for telecom towers, data centers, or property developments in Bali.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess feasibility, zoning compliance, and environmental impact.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, purchase contracts, or right-of-way permissions with landowners and local authorities.
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, and project management teams to ensure all acquisitions meet technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site files, including permits, contracts, and correspondence.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders on acquisition progress.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with government agencies, community leaders, and private stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisitions.
- Resolve conflicts or obstacles related to site access, land disputes, or permitting delays proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate development, or telecom infrastructure.
- Proven track record in negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in site survey tools, GIS software, or project management platforms is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
