Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive land and lot surveys using advanced geodetic equipment and software to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and legal documents for land title processing and project approvals.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and legal teams to align survey data with development plans and zoning requirements.
- Implement and monitor Project Management & Technical (PMT) initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Perform boundary determinations, topographic surveys, and construction staking for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Utilize GIS and CAD tools to analyze spatial data and generate high-precision digital models for project planning.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations to mitigate risks related to land use, drainage, and environmental impact.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian land surveying laws, industry standards, and emerging geodetic technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field; licensed Geodetic Engineer in Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on real estate or construction projects.
- Proficiency in geodetic software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or Leica Geo Office.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws, surveying standards (SNI), and property registration processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex spatial data.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional proficiency in Balinese is a plus.
- Ability to work in diverse environments, including remote sites, with a commitment to safety and precision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with government agencies, clients, and internal teams.
