Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management for residential housing developments.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Manage procurement of materials, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize resource allocation to control costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, design blueprints, and sustainability best practices.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and stakeholder updates to senior management.
- Resolve conflicts or delays proactively, fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Implement innovative construction methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the residential housing or real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian building codes, permits, and zoning laws, particularly in Bali.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or travel frequently to project sites across Bali.
