Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end development of residential and mixed-use projects, from feasibility studies to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity, budget adherence, and timeline compliance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demand gaps, and competitive benchmarks for project positioning.
- Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and financial analyses to stakeholders.
- Liaise with government agencies and local authorities to secure permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
- Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and procurement processes to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials for project launches.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with sustainability and safety standards throughout construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project development, construction management, or real estate.
- Proven track record in managing residential or commercial projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of local zoning laws, building codes, and permit processes in Indonesia (Bali preferred).
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools for planning and visualization.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
