Our client, a dynamic organization in the Real Estate & Property sector, is seeking a Project Development Officer (PDO) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of high-value projects in Bali’s thriving markets, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure projects align with strategic goals, regulatory standards, and market demands.

Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for real estate and property initiatives.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities and assess project viability in Bali’s competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and legal teams to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Liaise with government agencies, local communities, and investors to secure permits, approvals, and stakeholder buy-in.
- Evaluate project outcomes using KPIs and ROI metrics, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Identify and pursue partnerships with developers, financiers, and service providers to enhance project scalability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, zoning laws, and sustainable development practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project development, real estate, or property management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian real estate regulations, zoning laws, and construction standards.
- Exceptional project management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and financial modeling software.
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar) as needed.
