Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the site acquisition process, including identification, evaluation, and securing of potential sites for telecom towers, data centers, or property development.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess feasibility, zoning compliance, and technical requirements.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and right-of-way permissions with landowners, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, technical, and finance teams to ensure all acquisitions meet regulatory, budgetary, and operational standards.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential sites, tracking progress, costs, and timelines for reporting.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with government agencies, community leaders, and property owners to facilitate smooth acquisitions.
- Prepare and present feasibility reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to senior management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for site development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecom infrastructure development.
- Proven expertise in negotiation, site surveying, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian property laws, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze technical and financial data to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS tools, or site management software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
