Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and market research to assess project viability, including financial, technical, and environmental considerations for real estate developments in Bali.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to develop project concepts, timelines, and budgets for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Coordinate with local government agencies, stakeholders, and community groups to ensure compliance with zoning laws, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed project proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management, investors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage procurement, and oversee construction activities.
- Evaluate post-project performance, including financial returns, customer satisfaction, and sustainability metrics, to inform future development strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate and property development to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project development, real estate, or property management, preferably in residential or commercial sectors.
- Strong understanding of feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling for real estate projects.
- Familiarity with Indonesian property laws, zoning regulations, and permitting processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
