Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic property development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities in Baliâs real estate sector.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (architecture, finance, legal) to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt planning strategies accordingly.
- Oversee zoning, land use, and permit applications to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors.
- Support the evaluation of potential property acquisitions and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property development, planning, or project management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, or project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian property laws and regulations (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
