Responsibility
- Drive sales of luxury residential and commercial properties in Bali’s most sought-after locations (Canggu, Ubud, Badung, Nusa Dua, Kuta).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and real estate agents.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting Bali’s real estate sector.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or luxury development.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s real estate market, including legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
