Your expertise will directly contribute to increasing accessibility to quality pharmaceutical services in Bali’s most strategic areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential pharmacy locations in Bali, focusing on high-traffic, strategically advantageous areas.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess site viability, including demographic analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other real estate transactions with landlords and property owners.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with zoning laws, health regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective sites, tracking progress from initial scouting to final acquisition.
- Prepare and present reports on site evaluations, costs, and ROI projections to senior management.
- Build and nurture relationships with local real estate agents, developers, and government authorities to facilitate smooth acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the construction and design teams to ensure acquired sites meet Inofarma’s operational and branding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or business development, preferably in retail or healthcare.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market and local regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and GIS tools for site analysis.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
