Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic brand and customer development plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth in Bali.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure products meet technical specifications and customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and technical improvements.
- Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and brand performance.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop compelling brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer inquiries and ensure product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, customer development, or technical sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong understanding of technical product development, quality control, and customer requirements.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
