Responsibility
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing products/services and assessing their needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine pitch scripts and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Accurately log all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to tailor conversations effectively.
- Handle objections professionally and turn them into opportunities for engagement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, confident phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely with minimal supervision.
