Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities in the technology, telecommunications, and digital services sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in Bali’s evolving tech landscape.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or Account Manager in the technology, telecommunications, or digital services industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with Bali’s business environment, including local and international clients, is a plus.
- Ability to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
