Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities in the technology, telecommunications, and digital services sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in Bali’s evolving tech landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or Account Manager in the technology, telecommunications, or digital services industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business environment, including local and international clients, is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
