Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and onboard new corporate clients and strategic partners to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, with existing networks in Bali being a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
