Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and promotional materials.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our premium hospitality and entertainment offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for PT Golf Entertainment Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury or service-oriented industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
