Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the HoReCa, GT, and MT channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and retail outlets.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and branding initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, beverage, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of the HoReCa, GT, and MT channels in Bali or similar markets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level clients.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
