Responsibility

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to dental offices and DSO representatives to generate leads and schedule appointments.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dental sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve outbound calling strategies and scripts.
  • Handle objections and concerns with confidence and a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
