Responsibility
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to dental offices and DSO representatives to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Engage potential clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, clearly articulating the value of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dental sales and customer engagement.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve outbound calling strategies and scripts.
- Handle objections and concerns with confidence and a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Basic understanding of dental terminology and the DSO industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is an advantage.
