Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for heavy equipment in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, mining companies, and industrial firms.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase equipment features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotions, trade shows, and client events to boost brand visibility.
- Perform market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats in the heavy equipment sector.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-ups to ensure long-term client retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial products.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes, bulldozers) and their applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
