Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for heavy equipment in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, mining companies, and industrial firms.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase equipment features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotions, trade shows, and client events to boost brand visibility.
  • Perform market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats in the heavy equipment sector.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-ups to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes, bulldozers) and their applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
