Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the sales process and post-sale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales roles.
- Strong understanding of technical products/services with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
