Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the sales process and post-sale.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical products/services with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
