Responsibility
- Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client needs.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Provide expert-level technical support during the sales process, including product configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to relay client feedback and influence product development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business culture is a plus.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
