Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of Value-Added Product (VAP) projects to enhance after-sales offerings and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product expansion.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align VAP initiatives with Honda’s strategic objectives and customer expectations.
- Develop business cases, proposals, and presentations to secure stakeholder buy-in and funding for new projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of VAP programs, using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and ROI.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and distributors to ensure seamless implementation of after-sales products and services.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating communication between departments to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for product expansion.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, business development, or after-sales services, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches or expansion projects with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Familiarity with automotive after-sales ecosystems, including service, parts, accessories, and customer loyalty programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
