In this high-impact role, you’ll drive the end-to-end process of establishing new branches—from market analysis and site selection to team recruitment and operational launch. Responsibility

  • Strategic Expansion Planning: Develop and execute a data-driven roadmap for branch rollouts across Bali, identifying high-potential locations and market gaps.
  • Site Selection & Negotiation: Evaluate and secure prime commercial spaces, negotiating leases and partnerships to optimize cost and visibility.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and onboard local talent to form high-performing branch teams, ensuring cultural fit and operational excellence.
  • Compliance & Licensing: Navigate Indonesian regulatory requirements, securing permits, licenses, and approvals for seamless branch launches.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis for new branches, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with corporate HQ, local authorities, and community leaders to foster strong relationships and brand reputation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, customer acquisition) and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Innovation & Adaptation: Introduce localized strategies (e.g., digital tools, cultural adaptations) to enhance competitiveness in Bali’s market.

Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership: 8+ years in business development, retail expansion, or franchise management, with at least 3 years in a regional or country-level role.
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Indonesian/Bali’s commercial landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial modeling for new ventures.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong track record in securing real estate deals, partnerships, and government approvals.
  • Cross-Cultural Agility: Ability to bridge corporate policies with local customs, building cohesive multicultural teams.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in market research tools, CRM systems, and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
