Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare and medical distribution sector across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or medical distribution industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
