As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving aggressive sales targets while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Based in Bali’s key business hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive sustainable growth. Responsibility

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Lotto business.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including market analysis, territory planning, and competitive positioning.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand market reach.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, sales metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations adhere to local gaming regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance productivity and professional growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction through targeted promotions and service excellence.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in the gaming, lottery, or retail industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of gaming operations, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
