Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and market expansion for PepsiCoās alcoholic beverage portfolio in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with hotels, resorts, bars, and distributors to increase brand penetration.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that enhance brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with new and existing partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term growth.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all business activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the beverage, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
