Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new airfreight clients and expand market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
- Represent FM Global Logistics at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in airfreight sales or account management, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of airfreight operations, including pricing, routing, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
