Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants for BukuWarungâs EDC (Electronic Data Capture) solutions in assigned territories across Bali.
- Conduct face-to-face sales visits to business owners, presenting the benefits of BukuWarungâs payment solutions and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for merchant acquisition and revenue generation.
- Educate merchants on the features and advantages of BukuWarungâs EDC devices, including transaction security, ease of use, and integration with digital bookkeeping.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize local promotions, events, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights to the sales management team.
- Assist merchants with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption of EDC solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech, payment solutions, or retail banking.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with business owners and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with EDC devices, payment gateways, or digital financial services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driverâs license (motorcycle or car) and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
