Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including overseas clients, architects, and government agencies to promote design institute services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, with a focus on high-growth regions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic sales approaches.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals tailored to international clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, and project management) to ensure client requirements are met with precision and innovation.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Provide post-sales support, including project coordination and client feedback integration, to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical consulting, preferably in the design, construction, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of closing international deals and managing client relationships across diverse cultures.
- Strong technical knowledge of design principles, construction methodologies, or engineering solutions to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) is advantageous.
- Ability to travel internationally as required (up to 30-40% of the time).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
