Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Identify and engage potential clients (e-commerce, SMEs, corporates) through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and content tailored to local audiences.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Represent J&T Express at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or courier services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
