Responsibility
- Lead and motivate teams across multiple F&B outlets in Bali to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to store managers and staff
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and cost control measures to optimize profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, partners, and community stakeholders
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational improvements
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 50+ employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- In-depth knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali's key locations
- Passion for the F&B industry and staying ahead of market trends
