As a DOS Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by engaging with retailers, distributors, and consumers. Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts to drive sales and ensure product availability.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement, pricing, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Execute in-store promotions, merchandising activities, and trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure favorable deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners, expanding the distribution network in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement localized sales strategies and campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, FMCG, or retail sales, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and its retail landscape is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
