As a DOS Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with retailers, distributors, and consumers to ensure our premium products are prominently displayed and readily available. Your persuasive communication, negotiation skills, and customer-centric approach will directly contribute to our market dominance in Bali’s competitive F&B sector.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail accounts, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and hospitality establishments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic account management and proactive selling.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Execute in-store promotions, merchandising standards, and brand visibility initiatives to maximize product exposure.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement localized sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels using CRM tools.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve client concerns and foster long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales, FMCG, or retail, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali (company vehicle or allowance provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
