Responsibility
- Develop and execute customized growth strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on revenue expansion and market penetration.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for business scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales funnels, lead generation campaigns, and retention programs.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to optimize performance and ROI for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultations, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead pitch presentations and negotiations to secure new partnerships and upsell existing clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, sales automation, and business development to deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or paid advertising is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to or work remotely from Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates already based in Southeast Asia).
