Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales funnels, lead generation campaigns, and retention programs.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to optimize performance and ROI for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultations, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead pitch presentations and negotiations to secure new partnerships and upsell existing clients.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, sales automation, and business development to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
