Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Promote banking products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and investment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clean financial background (BI Checking).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
