Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to tailor solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, evaluations, and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve client issues.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position the company effectively.
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
