Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to tailor solutions and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, evaluations, and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve client issues.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position the company effectively.
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
