Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Micro-Mechanics’ technical products and solutions.
- Conduct in-depth technical consultations with clients to understand their engineering challenges and propose customized solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, marketing) to align product offerings with market demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, training, and performance optimization for clients.
- Document and report on sales activities, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role within the manufacturing, automation, or precision engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, or industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international setting.
