Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to promote and sell Cordlife Persada’s insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend the most suitable insurance plans, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Cordlife Persada team to stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at local events, seminars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales service, including claims assistance and policy reviews, to ensure client loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related fields (prior experience in insurance is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based, freelance environment.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and a strong local network is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets without direct supervision.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Willingness to participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
