Responsibility
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to expand Bitmain’s market presence in key regions.
- Act as the technical liaison between engineering teams and clients, translating complex product features into business value.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders, distributors, and enterprise clients.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to align solutions with customer needs and market demands.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and business cases to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent Bitmain at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or a similar role within the tech or semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals in international markets.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex hardware/software solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Experience working with blockchain, AI, or data center technologies is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed (up to 30%).
