Responsibility
- Assist the Site Acquisition Manager in identifying and evaluating potential sites for telecom infrastructure projects across Bali.
- Coordinate with local authorities, landowners, and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to provide site acquisition expertise and support project timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to site acquisition activities.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges related to site acquisition in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or project management, preferably in the telecom sector.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes in Bali.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using GIS tools and other site acquisition software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
