Responsibility
- Conduct time studies and motion analyses to identify inefficiencies in production processes.
- Perform line balancing to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and interpret technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
