Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, implementing timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new facilities equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of facilities assets.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment logs, and incident reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and facility personnel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar.
