Responsibility
- Develop, optimize, and maintain cable manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality assurance, and R&D) to streamline operations and introduce best practices.
- Design and execute process improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies, to reduce defects and waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track process performance and recommend actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines in all manufacturing activities.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, technologies, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production optimization, preferably in the wire and cable industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing cost-saving and efficiency-boosting initiatives.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant industry standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to Denpasar, Bali as required.
