Responsibility
- Operate, maintain, and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Building Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in building maintenance or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
