Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and safe operation of all production equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and calibration of food processing equipment in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP).
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of spare parts, and vendor relationships for outsourced services.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and support process improvements.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance, including CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP, ISO 22000) and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation systems in a production environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Bali, with flexibility for occasional overtime or on-call duties.
