Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of substation equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all electrical facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations of electrical systems.
- Monitor and analyze electrical system performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and technical manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Registered Electrical Engineer license is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in substation maintenance, electrical system design, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols (e.g., NFPA, IEC, PUIL).
- Proficient in using electrical testing equipment, diagnostic tools, and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management and vendor coordination is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within Bali as required.
