Responsibility
- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components and systems.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Follow technical manuals, schematics, and engineering instructions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in aircraft technology.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with aircraft systems, components, and repair techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Certification from a recognized aviation authority is a plus.
