Responsibility
- Perform systematic debugging and troubleshooting of laser systems, optical components, and electronic circuits to identify root causes of failures or malfunctions.
- Conduct functional testing, calibration, and validation of products to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
- Document all debugging processes, findings, and solutions in detailed technical reports for engineering review.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions and improve product reliability.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, laser measurement devices) to analyze system performance.
- Assist in the development of test protocols and debugging procedures for new and existing products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory or production environment in accordance with company policies.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in photonics, laser systems, and precision engineering to enhance debugging efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Optics, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in debugging, testing, or repairing electronic, optical, or laser-based systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, laser meters).
- Strong understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, quality control processes, or lean manufacturing is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Bali, with occasional travel to other sites if required.
