Responsibility
- Assist the Site Acquisition Manager in identifying and evaluating potential sites for telecom infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with landowners, government agencies, and local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to provide site acquisition expertise and support project timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to site acquisition activities.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays in site acquisition processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes in Bali.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site acquisition software/tools.
- Familiarity with GIS or mapping tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali as required.
