Responsibility
- Perform systematic debugging and troubleshooting of laser systems, optical components, and electronic circuits to identify root causes of failures or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze test data, logs, and performance metrics to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on high-precision equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Document all debugging processes, findings, and solutions in detailed technical reports for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the calibration and alignment of laser and optical systems to meet strict quality and precision standards.
- Support the development of test protocols and diagnostic tools to streamline debugging workflows.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations when handling high-power lasers and sensitive components.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and production staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Optics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debugging, testing, or maintaining precision optical or laser systems.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, PCB debugging, and signal analysis.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with laser safety protocols and ISO cleanroom standards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and team collaboration.
